This Privacy Policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used. The Chimney Smoke Shop is a physical store in Hollywood, Florida, and this website does not process payments.
Information we collect
Contact form: if you send a message through our Contact page, we collect the name, email address, optional phone number, and message you provide. This is used only to reply to you. The message is delivered to the shop by email and is not stored in a database on this website.
Analytics: we use Matomo, a privacy-focused analytics tool that runs on our own server, to understand in aggregate how people use the site (pages viewed, general location, device type). It is configured to not use tracking cookies, your IP address is anonymized, and the data is never shared with any third party or used for advertising.
Spam protection: our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from bots. Cloudflare processes limited technical data, such as your IP address, to do this.
How information is used
We use the information above to respond to your messages, protect the site from abuse, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Service providers
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Contact form messages are delivered by email through an outside email service. Analytics runs on our own Matomo server. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.
Your choices
Our analytics sets no cookies and does not identify you, so there is nothing to opt out of. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we honor it. You can ask us what information we hold about you from a contact form message, or ask us to delete it, by emailing the shop.
